Only one in four people working in STEM – or Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics are women. As tomorrow marks International Day of Women and Girls in Science we ask what more needs to be done to get more girls working in the area. Speaking to Shane this morning was Dr. Ruth Freeman, Director of Science for Society at Science Foundation Ireland.
