Investing and helping the poorest – while earning money

The World Bank lends money to help developing nations by working with governments. An important part of the World Bank called the IFC works with the private sector to find solutions to the problems caused by climate change as well as long term poverty and health issues. The IFC also works with a slew of Irish companies. Joe was joined on the show by Emmanuel Nyirinkindi who is IFC’s Vice President of Cross-Cutting Solutions.
